Why the Stars Align for Hedera Hashgraph

Hedera Hashgraph is the Ethereum Killer.

The coming world is built on tokenized transactions. 20 times more efficient than the SWIFT Payment system, more useful than Ethereum, and with a fundamentally limited supply of HBAR Tokens, I believe the Hedera Hashgraph network is going to be everywhere. It can tokenize real world assets. It’s brutally more efficient for transactions than anything we have. The real world use cases are endless. And importantly for me, it has the astrological signatures for long term power and wealth.

Notice any similarities?

One is the Symbol for the HBAR token. (ℏ). The other is the Glyph for Saturn (♄). Saturn is super-prominent in HBAR’s chart.

Saturn is maturity, strength, discipline, structure, growth, materialism, reality, hard work, constriction, construction, toughness, time. It represents value because all valuable things require development over time through hard work and suffering.

The first HBAR token transaction took place at the public launch of the Hedera Mainnet at 00:00 UTC on September 17, 2019. The first HBAR tokens were distributed from the treasury starting at 01:00 UTC. This gives us a “Birth Time” of the distribution of the first HBAR token at 8:00 PM local time on September 16, 2019 in Richardson Texas.

We see Saturn, powered up in it’s own sign of Capricorn in the 10th house of public reputation, career, and status. This indicates a strong, long lasting, hard working, powerful quality. Combine that with co-present Pluto which signifies deep wealth, power and transformation, and our chart for HBAR is even stronger. Saturn is conjunct Ketu signifying potential for career struggles or delays in recognition, but also deep resilience through challenges. There’s a blend of strong organizational skills with a unique, possibly visionary or unconventional approach to business problems - a ‘spiritual’ technology which has a very idealistic motivation to it. This is complimented further with Jupiter in it’s own sign of Sagittarius, in its own house - the 9th house of worldview and philosophy. This is a positively motivated, possibly spiritually motivated technology with strength, power and transformational qualities.

The ruler of the 9th in the 9th, with the ruler of the 10th in the 10th conjunct Pluto trining the sun? This is a winner. The ruler of the 3rd house of contracts, movement, travel, logistics is in the 7th house of business and relationships conjunct the beneficial Venus in its own sign. Financial transactions benefiting others in the market is highly auspicious and clearly indicated. The ruler of the 8th house of deep investments conjunct the ruler of the 10th and 11th? Deep money, powerful networks, and a famous asset. Venus in it’s own sign. Jupiter in its own sign. Saturn in it’s own sign. This is so powerful I wouldn’t be surprised if the Hedera Organization hired an Astrologer to elect this date for the launch, or if the Astrology is just pointing towards how strong of a time to launch this project was.

The Vedic Divisional Charts - A Deeper Look

Looking at the D9 Navamsha Chart (A Vedic Subdivisional chart) we see Uranus exalted in Aquarius in the 10th house. This signifies revolutionary game changing technology especially related to networks, information and the air element. The ruler of the ascendant in the Navamsha is in it’s own sign in the 6th house of service. The ruler of the 10th is in the 1st, giving extra power to the career. The Sun is less prominent in the 4th house but it is in it’s own sign and has directional strength (Dig Bala).

What about the Dashamsha chart? The D10 divisional chart which gives us an extra look in on the “Career” and public karma of this token?

We see Jupiter the planet of positive expansion in Taurus the sign of material security in the 1st house of identity. A wonderful placement for wealth. Once again the 10th house within the D10 is Aquarius, reinforcing the technology and networks archetype of this token. The 10th house ruler is exalted in the 9th, giving extra strength. The 11th lord of networks and gains from career is Jupiter, placed in the ascendant.

Natal Nakshatras

The Nakshatras of the natal chart give us further information.

The Moon is in Ashwini. This is about brand new initiatives, the bolting, fiery initiatory power like horses being let off for a race. There is energy, activism and drive. Excellent for the launching of the Hedera Mainnet. I’d almost think this time was elected because of how powerful it is.

The exalted Saturn is in Purva Ashada, which can translate to “the first unconquered" or the "early invincible one". The name signifies strength, invincibility, and the ability to overcome obstacles. It can also translate to “The Alliance” - Development of power, attraction of/to the powerful, assembling allies. It “needs the powerful, for alliance.”

This is interesting because so much of the strength of the Hedera Network comes from the Hedera Governing Council, which currently consists of over 39 powerful organisations such as Google, IBM and Nvidia which act as council members, these companies participate in governing the Hedera network by helping shape its software, services, and policies. They operate network nodes and contribute to maintaining the network’s integrity, stability, and decentralization. Their involvement brings enterprise-level expertise, technological leadership, and credibility to Hedera. They ensure decentralized and fair governance and platform decisions through collective voting and helps to separates governance from consensus to prevent undue control by any single entity.

What Does the Future Look Like for HBAR?

Let’s look at the future timing indications of HBAR using the Vedic Mahadasha system and the Hellenistic Zodiacal releasing technique.

According to the Vedic System, HBAR is currently in a Ketu Mahadasha - an overarching chapter lasting from the birth of the mainnet and first tokens released on September 16th, which lasts till February 23rd, 2026.

Currently it’s in a Mercury sub-period. Ketu is nicely placed conjunct Saturn in the 10th, but it’s giving a certain hidden away, tucked away, introverted theme in it’s public reputation. It’s not widely known about yet. Mercury is in a Kendra (Angular) house nicely placed in the 7th house of business, relationships and one to one interactions in the sign of the marketplace conjunct beneficial Venus. Ketu doesn’t own a house, but mercury owns the 3rd and the 6th, so there is a lot of ground work, learning, education and daily grind to get this project on it’s feet and to the public since 2019, which isn’t surprising.

From February 23rd, 2026, it will enter a Venus Mahadasha for the next 20 years. This looks strong, because Venus, the lesser benefic, symbolizing wealth and luxuries, is in her own sign of Libra - the marketplace. This is a solid start to the new '“Chapter” of Hedera which begins in 2026 and goes for 20 years until 2046.

Let’s take a look at the actual transits for that February 23rd date.

Here’s what I see.

Pluto (Wealth, Power, Transformation) trining the natal Mercury Venus Conjunction (trade, value, information, communication, marketplace value). Mars (Action, force, energy) trines the natal Uranus (shock, suprise, innovation). Exalted Jupiter will have been passing over the Natal North Node (Very Bullish - a planet of expansion over a planet indicating obsession). The Sun Sextiles Uranus. A weak boost, but a boost nonetheless.

Hellenistic Timing Techniques

Looking at the Hellenistic astrological technique of Zodiacal Releasing, first off we see that by September 16th 2025, HBAR will change from a grinding, obstacle and work heavy 6th house profection year to a more beneficial 7th house profection year - an angular house where the natal Mercury and Venus sit nicely in Libra.

Looking at the Zodiacal Releasing, and by releasing from the lot of spirit, we see HBAR has a culmination point for this chapter of it’s life around March 6th 2033.

But it gets stronger, because by 2034 HBAR enters a new Level 1 Sagittarius period, ruled by Jupiter. Not only is this the most positive planet, but remember that Jupiter sits in its own sign of Sagittarius in the natal chart, in the auspicious 9th house - Jupiter’s “own” house, considered in the Vedic system to be associated with positive Karma, luck and correct worldview.

Let’s take a look at the transits for when this period begins.

On the day that the new Level 1 Saggitarius period begins as per the zodiacal releasing method, we see the moon will conjunct the natal Jupiter.

Jupiter will be transiting the 1st house (Auspicious) while 2 days prior there would have been a transiting Sun-Uranus conjunction sextiling the natal Uranus in the 2nd house. This is great for giving it a ‘boost’. It looks very bullish.

For a very easy indication of when we’d expect a price rise, we’d simply look at the date of the Jupiter return, which will be Saturday the 4th January 2031. Mercury even transits alongside it to give it a little boost, while all eyes are on HBAR as the Sun transits over the 10th house and over the natal Saturn - all eyes and fame are now on HBAR. It’s a 1st house profection year too, meaning the token and the network’s identity is becoming more well known, more famous, more out in the open.

So, overall, as an Astrologer, I think HBAR is going to grow from strength to strength over the next 15-20 years. It has staying power, endurance, strength, wealth and the technological supremacy to Ethereum or Bitcoin to make it be used all around the world.
