Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Substack account settings (substack.com/account → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future billing but does not remove access for the remainder of your paid period.
How to cancel step by step:
Go to substack.com/settings and log into your account
Under Subscriptions, click on Rowan’s Financial Astrology
Scroll to the Account Actions section and click “To cancel your paid subscription, click here”
On the next page, select “Cancel Subscription”
Refunds: Refund requests made within 7 days of payment will be honoured in line with Substack’s platform refund policy. Requests made after 7 days are at the publisher’s discretion. If you have a billing concern, please contact me directly at rowanhogg@protonmail.com or via the Substack group chat before contacting your bank - I’m always happy to resolve payment issues fairly and directly.
Please do not submit a dispute with your credit card company without contacting me first, as this causes serious harm to my small independent publication.
