A NEW YEAR | A NEW FRONTIER
Om Shanti,
It’s that time of year when everyone starts doing end-of-year reviews and write-ups. You’ll be glad to know that I am no different.
2026 is set to be a very radical year, likely similar in magnitude to 2020. This sounds like hyperbole typical of clickbait-oriented astrologers, psychics and traders, but this time around, that claim is actually worth paying attention to. I believe this is a year of fundamental economic restructuring, extreme volatility, and significant losses; growth will be limited to very specific sectors.
As you’ll see, I advise playing this year cautiously. Look at safe-haven assets such as Gold and Silver, and stay away from volatile assets such as Tech, Crypto, and AI during specific quarters.
Let’s delve into the timeline so you can see the astrological justification of my claims.
Q1 2026: SATURN & NEPTUNE IN ARIES & THE WAR ECONOMY
On January 26th 2026, Neptune will re-enter Aries.
The Dissolution of “Woke” Culture & The Rise of Martial Values
Neptune has a massive correlation with cultural trends. As it leaves the fluid, boundless and overly compassionate sign of Pisces and enters the masculine, martial fire sign of Aries, we will see a sharp cultural pivot over the next 13 years.
The last 11 years of Neptune in Pisces have brought us a resurgence in spirituality, meditation, mindfulness, a huge wave of “mental health awareness”, therapy becoming normalised and progressive politics and culture. On the negative side, it’s brought us more drug-related problems (Pisces is a sign of delusional escapism), whether that’s the surge in phentanyl, the slow legalisation of cannabis, the return of psychedelics, or just the insane surge of “coffee culture”. You’ll notice this all occurred approximately when Neptune first entered Pisces around 2012.
The era of “Woke” advertising and corporate culture will dissolve. Think about this if you are speculating on consumer discretionary companies. The “Go Woke, Go Broke” pattern will likely accelerate into a hard rule. Remember when Bud Light ran a small social media promotion, which triggered a large conservative boycott campaign? Over the following weeks, sales fell by more than 20% year-on-year. The stock of the owning company dropped over 20% in roughly two months after the controversy.
Any overly progressive or “woke” themes in advertising, branding, or company culture won’t lead to the same level of success that they have done over the last 13 years when Neptune first entered Pisces. This isn’t about politics, but about how well attuned companies are to the emerging cultural zeitgeist of traditional cultural values, masculinity, traditional roles and conservative values - I.e anything “Neptune in Aries”.
Take note of the 2025 American Eagle “Good Jeans” campaign featuring Sydney Sweeney, with some critics reading the “genes” reference as an allusion to eugenics, while others praised the ads as playful and “un‑woke.” American Eagle Outfitters saw its stock jump roughly 7-10% on initial launch.
When the company later reported earnings, the stock surged about 25% in after-hours trading on the release. In short, “woke” business strategies are dead, and companies that adopt a masculine, fiery, traditional or conservative aesthetic or style will see increased sales. That’s something you can benefit from regardless of your politics. Think gyms, fitness, military, muscles, construction and “manpower.”
Concepts of traditional masculinity and traditional gender roles will surge. Conservative values will surge. Aggression, war, and fierceness in the culture will surge. Bold pioneering endeavour and new entrepreneurship will surge. Expect Gym memberships, testosterone replacement therapies, and “traditional values” businesses to see increased revenue. Church attendance may rise as people seek structure. If you’re into developmental psychology, a side-passion of mine, simply learn all you can about Spiral Dynamics Stage Blue. The values of this psychological developmental stage are what we’re going to see a surge in.
Neptune in Aries historically correlates with Wars. The last time Neptune entered the sign of Aries was in April 1861 until April 1875. During this time, the American Civil War occurred. Neptune has an orbital cycle of 165 years around the zodiac, so if we go back 165 years to 1696–1710, we saw the Great Northern War, where Denmark, Norway and Russia attacked Sweden.
Cycle back 165 years and we see the Habsburg–Ottoman wars of the 1530s and early 1540s, which were essentially world wars fought across Europe, the Mediterranean, and North Africa. We don’t need to mention that we also have Uranus in Gemini in the mix coming up over the next 7 years, an 84-year cycle which last occurred from 1941 to 1949 during WWII. The shorter-term 2-year period of Saturn in Aries from 2026 to 2028 could see more major wars.
If you have no ethical qualms about profiting from War, 2026 could be a prime time for Defence, Aerospace, and Weapons stocks.

The Creator Economy Will Continue to Grow
Neptune rules things like photography, videography, sound editing, media, YouTube and creativity. Aries represents initiation, entrepreneurship, a pioneering spirit and a fiery sense of excitement. The creator economy will be a significant section of the world economy over the next 13 years. Almost every major forecast has it compounding at roughly 20% annually over the next decade.
FEBRUARY 14TH - THE SATURN NEPTUNE CONJUNCTION
This is a huge astrological event. A conjunction at the precise 0 degree of the Zodiac (the World Point) is exceedingly rare. The last Saturn-Neptune Conjunction at the 0 degrees of Aries world point was around 7000BC. This signals the start of a new age. While it sounds hyperbolic, life will likely not be the same over the centuries following this transit. This is a punctuation mark for a much longer-term cycle, one that I personally think sees the end of the Kali Yuga and ascent in the Dwarpara Yuga, in Vedic cosmology terms.
In more mundane market terms, it seems that, for whatever reason, Russia is historically active during Saturn-Neptune hard aspects. If you want to get into the technical astrology behind this, check out Gary Lorentzen’s article here. Again, this is speaking to possible escalation of war or serious political instability in Russia, and again is just another reason to look at haven assets which thrive in uncertainty.
The federal reserve will also be in the spotlight. There might be a currency crisis of some sorts, with the Saturn-Neptune Conjunction at 0 Aries hitting the exact Midheaven angle of the Federal Reserve, if we use the 23rd December 1913 Chart. Credit to Dan Waites of World Astrology Report for pointing this out.
Just as the Saturn-Neptune conjunction forms, we hit a volatile Eclipse season.
SOLAR ECLIPSE IN AQUARIUS | FEBRUARY 17TH
This is a serious risk window for tech stocks, crypto and AI. It’s a potential point for an AI bubble burst. Aquarius rules technology, the internet, AI and electricity. A Solar eclipse here suggests a window of sudden volatility in the tech markets. I’d give it 2 weeks before and a 2-week period afterwards to see any potential effects, so all of February really represents a risk zone for technology AI and crypto.
The 1064/364 Day Bitcoin Cycle pattern also implies a bearish year for Bitcoin, with implied lows of sub $50,000 by October 2026. I don’t think we see any lower than $45,000 due to mass adoption of Bitcoin by institutions and ETF’s.
Astrologically, I believe it’s a bad year for crypto on the whole. Chinese astrology also seems to suggest this, although it’s not a system I’m too well versed in. Bitcoin HODLers beware.
Q2 2026: THE DIGITAL REVOLUTION
On April 26th, Uranus Re-enters Gemini for the next 7 years.
Uranus was last in Gemini from 1941 to 1949. This was the era of WWII and the invention of the nuclear bomb. I think we are about to see similar levels of innovation in the energy sector over the next 7 years. Think Nuclear Fusion, wireless electricity, and the inventions of Nikola Tesla.
After all, with the tremendous surge and demand for electricity which will occur due to AI data centres being built across the world, our current electricity output likely won’t be able to match demand. The US, in particular, will want new sources of energy and electricity and will likely have “Manhattan Project” style resources going into things like wireless electricity, nuclear fusion and zero-point energy.
After all, this is what occurred during the last Uranus in Gemini transit of 1941 to 1949. It’s worth looking at Uranium for this reason, too, which I notice has transiting Jupiter conjunct the charts’ midheaven in June 2026.
In terms of market sectors to watch for the Uranus in Gemini theme, search for novel aviation, such as explosive growth in stocks related to drones and perhaps the first commercially viable “flying cars”. Self-driving cars and related Uber-style apps will do well. You can also research the fundamental infrastructure stocks and companies for communication and decentralised networks.
I also feel we’ll see a surge in Web3 & Decentralised Media. While the cryptocurrency sector may be bearish in 2026, decentralised social media, tokenised assets and the Web3 apps space could decouple and perform well.
In traditional astrology, Gemini rules basic education and skills. With the planet of innovation and technology here, we will likely see a surge in EdTech. Innovative forms of media and tailored education will disrupt the traditional college and university systems. Expect volatility in traditional tuition models and a rise in hyper-tailored AI learning tools.
Q3 2026: SUMMER BANKING CRISIS
On June 30th, Jupiter will leave Cancer and enter Leo. We will have seen a major surge in the price of home values and real estate in this period. With Jupiter, the planet of expansion, now entering Leo, I believe we see bullish energy return to certain sectors. These sectors include the arts, media, the creator economy and TV/Film. This is bullish for Netflix, YouTube Shopping, and platforms that monetise individual creators.
In traditional astrology, Leo rules the 5th house, which is associated with speculative investment and gambling, amongst other things. I “predict” a mainstream adoption of Prediction Markets. This will be a controversial one. We could see mass adoption of gambling and speculation apps driven by AI. We may see a major prediction market company, such as Polymarket or similar, offer an IPO. AI-powered gambling, betting and prediction markets might flourish from June 30th 2026, through the year following.
On July 20th, the Jupiter-Pluto opposition occurs.
If you are investing in banking stocks, be cautious. Jupiter opposing Pluto signals debt issues, overexpansion, credit issues, and banking issues. Therefore, I expect a banking crisis to emerge from June through August 2026.
We can use the synodic cycle of Jupiter and Pluto to get a better image of this.
