It feels a little boring, but it’s highly practical and definitely a niche in blockchain and crypto that wasn’t previously tapped. If successful, it would allow mobile payments between millions and millions of unbanked people. So, it seems like a good sign that it’s under-appreciated by the market.

To cast the chart for this coin, we need the most accurate and verifiable public birth details. Astrology does not work without a highly accurate birth time, place and location. Telecoin PTE Ltd was founded and is headquartered in Singapore, so we use this for the birth city. For crypto projects, we need the precise block timestamp, which can be referenced by examining the first Telcoin token contract deployment and genesis distribution. Public sources only mention a few dates in December 2017. The exact minute for Telcoin’s birth must be found by tracing the token’s contract creation on the Ethereum blockchain.

For those less technically minded, we are simply viewing the ledger of transactions on the Ethereum blockchain to find the earliest transaction or contract creation date and time, which signals the exact “birth time” of the coin.

My investigation into finding the precise deployment moment of the Telcoin (TEL) token on the Ethereum blockchain was challenging. I began by searching for the Telcoin contract address on Etherscan, where I saw that the contract source code showed a verification date of December 11, 2017. However, when we used Etherscan's transaction filtering feature to find the "Contract Creation" transaction, we uncovered that a contract creation transaction occurred in block 9369177 on January 28, 2020, not December 2017 as expected.

This turned out to be an upgrade that occurred in early 2020. So the search for the original December 11, 2017 deployment began. Thanks to some AI deep research, I found that the public GitHub repository for the original ICO gives a direct, verifiable link to the project's on-chain actions during its initial launch. The repository’s README file contains explicit instructions and arguments for the deployment of the crowdsale contracts.

A search on a blockchain explorer for this contract yielded the contract creation transaction details.

Bingo. The original minting is recorded as 11th December 2017 at 20:25:51 UTC. This timestamp is indeed within the December 11, 2017, timeframe, and as expected, occurred just minutes after the crowdsale’s documented start time. We can see that this is the launch of the 100 billion TEL coins.

So our birth data is 11th December, 2017 at 20:20 UTC. Telcoin operates in multiple offices around the world, but they are officially registered and has its headquarters in Singapore. 20:20 UTC is 04:20 the following day in Singapore time.

Therefore, the true birth data for Telcoin is:

12th December 2017, 04:20 AM, Singapore.

TEL Chart Analysis

The first thing that jumps out is Jupiter at 13°Scorpio in the 1st house, only 2° from the Ascendant. That’s a powerful opening signature: expansion, opportunity, and momentum right at the foundation of the chart. A Scorpio Ascendant already speaks to strategy, power moves, and business acumen, and with its ruler Mars dignified in Scorpio in the 1st, we get raw drive, courage, and focus. Mars in its own sign sharpens ambition while shedding much of its volatility, and Jupiter amplifies it with vision and optimism. The result? A chart that radiates depth, intensity, and deadly ambition, with both benefic growth and warrior energy fueling its identity.

Venus, sun and mercury in the 2nd house in Sagittarius suggest optimistic money-related ambitions and endeavours. This is a new project designed to expand the TEL company.

Rahu sits strongly in the 10th house of career in Leo. Leo is charisma, leadership, and rulership. Rahu is hunger, insatiability, the constant drive for success. Though considered malefic in Vedic astrology, in the 10th house, it amplifies ambition and the relentless push for achievement. The 10th house ruler falls in the 2nd, tying public reputation directly to money and material resources. This paints a picture of a bold, ambitious initiative aimed at creating a powerful new income stream. Career and financial stability are bound together here, with strong potential for growth, long-term security, and even wealth. The work likely involves finance, real estate, design, architecture, or other value-driven fields, attracting well-resourced clients. Mercury, lord of both the 11th (networks, gains, windfalls) and 8th (deep investments), sits in Sagittarius in the 2nd. That indicates trade, bold expansion, and resources aligning. With Jupiter, ruler of the 2nd, nearly conjunct the ascendant, the financial outlook is especially strong.

The bad I see in this chart is Neptune in the 5th in a tough square aspect to Venus in the 2nd. This can lead to confusing, idealised and sometimes delusional creative thinking related to finances. There’s a sense of reaching for the stars with this project, even if it’s unrealistic. The 9th lord of luck and good karma is the moon, doing well in Libra but tucked away in the 12th house of isolation. There’s a sense of being behind the scenes, out of the limelight, which reduces opportunities for this asset. From one perspective, it’s not well known; from another perspective, it might be underappreciated by the market.

Since this project is tied to telecoms, Mercury is key. It sits retrograde in Sagittarius in the 2nd house, suggesting unconventional, outside-the-box thinking. Sagittarius brings bold, adventurous energy under Jupiter’s influence. The Sun-Mercury conjunction enhances technical and analytical ability, while its trine to Uranus supports innovation and originality. Uranus in the 6th house in Aries sparks a drive to innovate, reform, and break free from the daily grind or traditional ways of working. It reflects a powerful urge for independence, originality, and trailblazing action.

Backtesting the Chart

Let’s test this chart against the only huge pump we’ve seen from this coin, which occurred around April 1st 2021 and peaked on May 10th 2021. We see the largest increase begin around 15th April 2021.

When I cast the chart for this time period, I laughed. I immediately saw transiting Sun (Life Force) conjunct TEL’s natal Uranus (Expansion, Revolution, Innovation - Crypto itself).

That sun conjunct Uranus set off a trigger point for the price rise, but many other positive aspects were happening that same day.

1. Transiting Jupiter (Expansion) sextiled natal Uranus (Innovation/Technology/Crypto). This lends itself to breakthroughs in expansion, new visibility, and new breakthroughs.

2. Transiting Jupiter (Expansion), Sextiled Mercury (Trade, Communication). That’s a helpful small boost for trade.

3. Venus (Money) Trine (Positive Aspect) Saturn (Discipline, Stability, Reality). This indicates stable gains, money and discipline.

4. Mars (Drive, ambition, impulse), Sextiled (Helpful aspect) Uranus (Innovation/Technology/Crypto), indicating an ambitious boost.

5. Transiting Mercury Trined natal Mercury and the natal Sun, indicating mental clarity, productive negotiations, aligned thinking, smooth positive trading and a boost to the life of the asset.

6. Transiting Uranus, Sextile natal Neptune - A sense of hype, overidealisation and delusions of grandeur. Overly positive sentiment, which would soon be apparent after the correction.

The surge around April–May 2021 peaked around May 1, when transiting Uranus, conjunct the Sun, opposed TEL’s natal Jupiter. Most gains corrected by July 2021, as transiting Mercury opposed the natal Sun-Mercury conjunction, with Uranus still opposing natal Jupiter. This created tension and a sharp halt to the explosive expansion of mid-April. Pluto in a harsh square to TEL’s natal Uranus added a hard stop, while Mars squared natal Jupiter, slicing growth sharply.

From April 2022 through 2024, TEL stayed largely flat, seeming almost dead. The downtrend began on 11th December 2021, coinciding with Ketu’s transit through the 1st house of identity, signalling loss, detachment, and reduction. This phase likely fostered underground development and new insights, but activity remained muted until late 2024, even though there would have been some positive transits happening during that “dead period”.

2024 was a 6th house profection year for TEL. It was focused on groundwork, daily effort, building infrastructure, and doing the work with minimal visible reward. From 12th December 2024, TEL entered a more positive 7th house profection year, and the chart shows prices starting to rise and stabilise at a higher price - this is a positive influence which is active until 12th December 2025.

Future Price Indications

So, we’ve found a chart that works and aligns with previous price increases. Can TEL rise from the dead?

I anticipate that almost all altcoins will go through some price increases in the expected Alt Season bull run, which I anticipate to happen around November through January. TEL coin is so violently volatile that I wouldn’t be surprised to see some decent gains around 6th November 2025 when transiting Sun conjuncts the natal Jupiter in the 1st house, with Venus going over that same point on the 18th November. We could see some volatile increases around that November-December alt-season timeframe.

Around December, though, there are 2 negative aspects. TEL’s Jupiter will be squaring the natal Uranus. There’s this urge for expansion, but it comes at a cost, or there’s frustration with it not expanding fast enough. Pluto is squaring the natal Mars in the 1st; this looks like an “injury” or at least a hit to the ego of this asset.

Future Outlook

There are two ways we look at the year ahead for TEL;

1) The profection year the asset is entering. This sets a general backdrop theme for the year. For example, the 4th house is all about home, rentals, private cosy spaces and family. When I entered a 4th house profection year, I ended up moving cities and getting a new rental.

2) The Varṣaphala Chart (“The Fruit of the Year”).

The Profection Year

12th December 2025 through 12th December 2026 provides the backdrop as a potentially challenging year for TEL as it is an 8th house profection year. The 8th house is associated with heavier topics such as death, mental health, psychology, sex, taboo topics, loss, crisis, transformation and rebirth. But it is also associated with deep investment money, especially other people’s money.

January 2026 looks rough. As you can see on the chart below, TEL will be running an 8th house profection year, which just isn’t so stable and fortunate. On the 9th January transiting sun and Mars at 18 Capricorn will conjunct TEL’s natal Pluto. In the context of a positive profection year, this could be seen as a “power up” as Pluto is death, rebirth and power. But given the turbulent running year alongside this Sun-Mars over the natal Pluto also opposing the transiting Jupiter, it looks to be a challenge in terms of its 3rd house themes. This could see some infrastructure challenges to be overcome if further expansion is to be seen. Transiting Rahu will be right over the natal Neptune; this shows delusional optimism in the face of obstacles. Perhaps a sense of “Cope.”

The Varṣaphala

Jupiter is exalted in the 10th house, a strong indicator of career success, while Uranus in the 8th signals a turbulent year with extreme highs and lows. Saturn and Rahu in the 6th suggest serious work and grinding through obstacles. Jupiter in the 10th trines Venus in the 3rd, hinting at potential gains in reputation and value despite challenges. This year may focus on network upgrades and improving technical efficiency.

The Transit Chart

The transits to TEL’s natal chart support this: Jupiter enters TEL’s 10th house by July 2026 and exactly conjuncts the midheaven at 7 Leo on August 5, boosting reputation, career, status, and very likely price. The narrative is clear: the first half of the year brings obstacles and isn’t great, but the second half looks very promising, with the Sun also transiting the 10th at this time.

This is the best period of the year for TEL in 2026. The narrative that is shaping here is simple: it’s a turbulent time. Gains made in alt-season for TEL may be wiped out in January, as it’s such a turbulent coin. I’d mark my calendar for July 2026 to be invested in TEL, anticipating the results of August through October 2026.

Conclusion: TEL Price Outlook for 2025–2026

Based on the backtested natal chart, profection year, and Varṣaphala transits, TEL is entering a highly volatile period. Early 2026, particularly January, is likely to see sharp pullbacks or stalled growth due to challenging 8th house influences—expect price corrections and potential infrastructure or adoption obstacles. From July through October 2026, however, Jupiter’s midheaven transit and supportive planetary alignments indicate a strong rebound window, with increased visibility, adoption, and potential price spikes. Overall, TEL’s trajectory points to temporary gains during the alt-season 2025, a turbulent early 2026, and a higher-probability surge in the second half of 2026, making late summer to early fall the most promising period for potential returns. Current sentiment aligns with this pattern: cautious until mid-year, bullish during the second half.
